If you are looking to fill your garden with beautiful plants and beautiful green grass, the single most effective way to achieve this is by making sure you have good quality topsoil. This is one of those things that people mistakenly thing, it does not matter and will look more without consideration. Many people will focus on the cosmetic appearance of their garden and then wonder why they are having problems. Here are a few tell tale signs that your top layer of soil may need a little TLC:
